Cupcakes.

Hey hey ;) (aku macam dah tak ada intro lain nak letak kat sini haha) 5 feb 2010 was the day I tried to make something I never did, yes baking cupcakes. Its not that I NEVER did, its just....yeah, in a big scale, again, ahha. Usually I helped my sister in those things, tu pun tolong tengok kacau2 je. But this time I had to bake 34 cupcakes, gahhhhh entah jadi ke tak aku tak tahu. Haha. Yes, again this was for Fitri's upcoming birthday so I went to bakehouse to buy the stuffs and beraksi dengan oven di rumah. If you want to have a try, cari recipe sendiri. Aku malas nak type hahaha. And I started to bake on 9 p.m. Oh and this was the first time I tried to bake Blueberry Vanilla Cupcakes, memandangkan favourite si gemuk itu adalah beri biru ;)

I love the mixing part. Mixer tu pusing pusing gegar gegar lepas tu kau rasa macam tangan kau pegang benda yang gerudi nak pecah dinding tu brrrrrrrr. HAHAHA macam Coke ads.Hahaha dont look at my face. ABAIKAN, TOLONG ABAIKAN. Haha. I look nerd at home. Plus this picture pun low quality yelah guna phone cikai je, ahah.
This was after the cupcakes have been baked. Hahaha ignore my leg. Kaki gua besar main rugby, nak rasa sekali jom main minggu depan. Ahah. Ini adalah semasa proses mencampurkan warna ke dalam icing buttercream, main kaler kaler best oh. You guys should try once, haha.


This is red. Tak habis mix lagi dah snap picture, haha.
Okay this is light blue. I chose this colour for the base icing of the topping. Belum habis make-up lagi ni, ehehh.
Emm and this is more concentrated blue. There were just 6 of them. Lihat itu ada awan awan di atas cupcakes ;) I used a bigger nozzle.
So this is the next for the topping, poyo sial nama mamat ni je kat blog au, bosan dahhh HAHAHA nevermind, memang benda ni untuk kau pun, gemuk. Ignore the last letter, I. Menggigil gigil tangan aku tekan icing cream tu nak keluar haha. Parkinson betul.
Oh this is a smaller set but bigger in size, 9 big cupcakes. Tak faham lantak kau, haha. Yes I know I am sumpah beginner yang tak tau macam mana nak decorate cantik cantik and kemas. Ada sikit cacat lah tapi tak tau korang nampak ke tak hahaha.
Yeahhh, at last. Siap pun. The big set of cupcakes for Fitri's birthday celebration. This set consists of 25 small cupcakes. So 25+9=34. Pehh tak sangka perempuan macam aku boleh buat macam ni kan, gila lah. Hahaha. I finished all these things at 5 a.m. Dan 4 jam kemudian aku bangun pagi esoknya pergi ke rumah si gemuk itu bersama kakak dan adiknya untuk makan bersama sama ;)
